Senior Recruitment Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with client and internal team to ensure hiring process is done smoothly
  • Taking jobs requests from stakeholders and taking the necessary steps to understand both strategic and technical requirements of hiring process
  • As the job owner and leading hiring process for each position given
  • Using company system (database, ATS, or reporting) to organize business process
  • Creatively identify or suggest if there is a new system that can enhance company business operation
  • Create hiring and performance report on weekly, quarterly, yearly basis (when its needed) for stakeholders
  • Sourcing candidates required by clients and always aware on a more effective and efficient ways to build talent pipelines
  • Execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Screening and scheduling candidates’ interview and working closely with client representative
  • Regular tracking pipeline activity to share with supervisor/senior related
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact business operation
  • Support business operation when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to speak & write in fluent Indonesian and English
  • Minimum possessed bachelor’s degree from one from a notable University
  • Min. 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment
  • A well-spoken communicator
  • A people person – find meeting new people from all levels and function is as exciting as they can learn and grow with this experience too
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys taking on greater levels of responsibility and is excited to participate in shaping talent in tech start-up ecosystem in Indonesia
  • A go getter who creatively creates opportunities
  • Care and discipline with data management
  • Must have interest in startup ecosystem
  • An experienced in start-up businesses would be preferred
