Sales Supervisor

Responsibility:

• Drive direct sales and product introduction to clients
• Meet & increase sales targets
• Follow up and negotiate with clients
• Prepare reports and evaluate follow-up results
• Manage client data and maintain relationships with customer/ clients
• Develop strategies for maintaining existing clients.

Proficiency needed:

• Skilled in client persuasion and directing.
• Strong in marketing, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Background in concrete/steel or similar products preferred, such as paint.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
