Chief Technology Officer


  • Be the brain of the entire Science & Technology of the company.
  • Develop a technical strategy, which involves goal-setting, discussing options, and analyzing risks with the management team.
  • Provide infrastructure architecture and strategy leadership to drive the definition and realization of the global technology strategy as well as define innovative forward-looking solutions.
  • Work with other departments to implement and enhance technologies to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure tight collaboration across the various projects and functions to drive the strategic initiatives including understanding of the alignment between the technology strategy and various technology roadmaps, both internal and third-party.
  • Minimize schedule and technical risk by foreseeing and addressing obstacles proactively and aggressively.
  • Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary.
  • Keep an eye out for new technological developments that can help the Company optimizes efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and direct all policies and networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information.
  • Build and oversee IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Software Development with minimum 2 years managing, and more importantly scale-up a fintech engineering team.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end, and more importantly scale-up at least one e-shop: front, end, back end & infrastructure, mobile app(s).
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to remain current on emerging digital technologies.
  • Proven experience in driving and executing product roadmaps.
  • Prior experience in fintech industries is preferred.
