Recruitment Associate


Consulting team at Virtue Consulting Partners (VCP) focuses on talent acquisition and ecosystem building. This gives our consultant unlimited opportunities to understand and exposed to large landscape of recruitment. The position also entails taking charge of the various recruitment channels and strategy that are owned by VCP to ensure that clients get the best talent to hire in the market.



3 months leading to full time position



  • Work closely with consultant to understand both strategic and technical requirements of hiring process
  • Be a contact person when the leaders are not available
  • Organize company database using system provided or creatively identify or suggest a new system that can enhance company business operation
  • Create hiring and performance report on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis for stakeholders related
  • Sourcing candidates required by clients under consultant supervision and always aware on a more effective and efficient ways to build talent pipelines
  • Execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Screening and scheduling candidates’ interview with consultant assigned and closely with client representative
  • Regular tracking pipeline activity to share with supervisor related
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact business operation
  • Support business operation when needed



  • Must be able to speak/write in fluent Indonesian and English
  • Fresh graduates at a minimum must possess a Bachelor’s degree or is in pursuit of one from a notable University
  • Interest and experience with start-up businesses is a plus
  • A sociable person who can communicate and identify business, talent opportunities effectively
  • Self motivated individual who enjoys taking on greater levels of responsibility, and is excited to participate in shaping talent in tech start-up ecosystem in Indonesia
  • A people person – keen to meeting with new people from all levels and function
